He was predeceased by: his parents, Pearl Pfouts and Mary Pfouts (Ramsey); his brothers, Bob Pfouts and Dick Pfouts; and his son-in-law Nicholas Sass.
He is survived by: his wife Elsie Schwarzkopf; his children, Tom Pfouts, Dan Pfouts, Don Pfouts (Debra) and Sue Sass; and his siblings, Ruth Dierker, Ron Pfouts (Nancy) and Greg Pfouts (Dianne). He is also survived by 9 grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren.
