She was predeceased by: her husband Jerome "Jerry" E. Oleksa; and her son Steven Oleksa. She is survived by: her children, Brian Oleksa (Betsy) of Old Hickory, TN and Cheryl DeVore; her grandchildren, James, Benjamin (Chelsey), Katheryn Oleksa, David Cook and Christine McGreevy (Sean); her great grandchildren, Abigail, Juliana, Barrett and Teagan McGreevy; and her brother C. Joe Cook (Sandra). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and other extended family.
The family suggests memorial contributions to St. Joseph Catholic Church, St. Jude's Children's Hospital, or the Donor's choice.
