He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph L. and Mildred M. Bellner, Sr. (Fork); his wife Alice Bellner; and his siblings, Vern Bellner, Joanne Henry, Aileen Stahl and Wilma Given.
He is survived by: his close friend Eleanor Squires; his children, Joseph Bellner III (Beth), Mark Bellner (Sue), Cindy Casey (Jim), DeAnna Goldsby (Don) and Edward Bellner (Dawn); and his grandchildren, Tim, Kyle, Kendra, Kaylynn, Shawn, Heather, Rachael, Joe, Jeremy and Angel. He is also survived by eight great grandchildren.
