He was predeceased by: his nephews, Josh and Jeremy Snyder; and his father-in-law Dwight Claus. He is survived by: his parents, Duane Lohr (Sue) and Joanne Lohr (Chio); his wife Joanna (Claus); his daughter Jenna Roberts (Tanner); his grandchildren, Atley and Dakota; his sisters, Jodi Snyder (Ron) and Jacki Wahl (Craig); his mother-in-law Phyllis Claus; and his siblings-in-law, Darin Claus (Melissa), Jackie Bury, Michelle Tomor (Jay) and Angie Jeffries (Lee). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, November 7th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Robinson-Walker Funeral Home - Genoa (501 West St, Genoa, OH 43430). A funeral Mass was held on Friday, November 8th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the St. Jerome Catholic Church (300 Warner St, Walbridge, OH 43465). A burial was held on Friday, November 8th 2024 at the Clay Township Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions to the church or the American Cancer Society.
