He was predeceased by: his parents, Vern Overholt and Mollie Overholt (Hysell); and his brother Vern Overholt. He is survived by: his wife Charlotte; his sons, Scott, Keith (Michelle), David, Kenneth Overholt (Sue) and Kirk; his grandsons, Nathan (Amanda) and Aaron (Dani); his brother Donald Overholt (Barb); and his sister-in-law Marilyn. He is also survived by 5 great grandchildren.
