He was predeceased by: his parents, Andrew Billis and Catherine Billis (Appelhans); and his daughter Suzette Marie. He is survived by: his wife Jan Robison Billis; his brother Bob (Viki); his children, Melissa Billis, Todd Billis (Heather) and Dan Hammill (Jennifer); his grandchildren, Joshua, Brandon, Bailey, Bobby, Georgia and Stella; his nephew Andy Billis; and his sister-in-law Lin Reed.
