She was predeceased by: her stepfather Robert Mock. She is survived by: her husband Paul David Stevens; her close friend Becky; her children, Kristine Baumer of Walbridge, Jennifer Semmadi (Yahia) of Walbridge and Jeremiah Stevens (Carida) of Napoleon; her grandchildren, Veronica Eyre (Brad), Jordan Young (Josh), Vern Jones III, Hayley Baumer, Julianna Keene, Jacob Keene, Johnathon Keene, Jillian Stevens, Annaliese Keene, Jeremiah Stevens and Kendra Nicole Stevens; her great grandchildren, Mason, Logan and Lillian; and her siblings, Barbara Holman, Debbie Aguero and Jan Holman.
Family requests that any donations be sent to The Hospice Center of Northwest Ohio in Jill's honor and to thank them for their care and support during her last couple of months.
