He is survived by: his children, Ed Jacobs (Lisa) and Mary Jacobs; his grandchildren, Ian Jacobs, Alissa Karpuszka (Zach) and Austin Jacobs; and his great grandchild Amelia Grace Karpuszka. He is also survived by extended family, and countless friends.
