He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold William Brossia, Sr. and Margaret (Everhart); and his sister Elizabeth. He is survived by: his children, Annette Brossia Frybarger (Gale), Andrew Brossia, Brian Brossia (Christina) and Juli Span (Tyrone); and his brothers, James, Ronald and Richard. He is also survived by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
