He was predeceased by: his parents, Buford Klingaman and Sylvia Klingaman; his siblings, Bernadine and Ralph; his son-in-law Bill Pittman; and his stepson Ray Eric.
He is survived by: his wife Joyce; his children, Gaylord Jr. (Sherri), Tina Oldiges (Jim), Melissa Pittman, Lisa Wright (Larry), Jann Clark, Vicki Mizell (Tom) and Jodi Kale (Bob); and his brother Richard (Eleanor). He is also survived by 14 grandchildren; many great and great-great-grandchildren.
Memorial donations may be made in Gaylord's honor to the Allen-Clay Joint Fire District.
