He is survived by: his wife Suzanne; his children, Donald Applegate (Jen), Kimberly Applegate and Darrick Applegate (Samantha); his grandchildren, Jacob, Jared, Natalie, Zachary, Kaitlyn, Allison and Max; and his sisters, Patty Moore (Bill) and Diane Carr.
