It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carol A. Plantz of Genoa, Ohio, who passed away on March 31, 2025, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Koenker and Willow Koenker (Hyman); and her husband Jim of Genoa. She is survived by: her sons, Jim (Katie), Tim (Alana), Paul (Sofia), Greg (Julie) and Rob Plantz (Brittany); her grandchildren, Max, Savannah Plantz, Cheyenne Deitemeyer, Violet, Jon, Walter, Nick Plantz, Haley Plantz, Jaynie Trent (Tanner) and Jacob Plantz; her great grandchildren, Enzo, Kennedy, Parker, Camella and Wrenn; and her brother Jan Koenker (Donna).
The family suggests memorial contributions to St. John's United Church of Christ, 1213 Washington St. Genoa, Ohio.
