He is survived by: his wife Darnell Wheeler-Klacik; his sons, Carlito Otero and Bradley Klacik; his parents, Toni St Myer (Wilbur) and Michael Klacik; his siblings, Jason Klacik (Jeannie) and Dessa Gough; his cousin Nick Klacik; his stepmother Babs Klacik; his parents-in-law, Steve and Linda Streamer; and his brothers-in-law, Jason Wheeler (Aparna) and Herb Wheeler. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews who he adored and several aunts and uncles and cousins.
