He is survived by: his parents, Ed Patrilla and Beth Patrilla; his siblings, Jennifer Bee (Eddie), Andrew Patrilla, Brian Patrilla, Maria Tkaczyk (Tony) and Marty Patrilla; his nephews, Zachary, Ryan Bee and Dominic Tkaczyk; his brother Ryan Lamy; his wife Jennifer; and also Tony. He is also survived by many numerous friends, family, and coworkers.

Contributions in Tony's memory can be made to St. Francis de Sales High School, 2323 W. Bancroft Street, Toledo OH 43607 or to any charity of the donor's choice.
