She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Heintschel and Anne Heintschel (Savey); her caregiver Timothy; and her siblings, Angela Petsche and Msgr.
She is survived by: her children, Jennifer Menon, Tim, Jeffery and Amy Hass (Mark); her grandchildren, Lauren Jones (Evan), Sam (Sarah O'Neill), Nick (Angie Valerio), Jack Etue, Matthew and Ryan Menon; and her aunt Dorothy Seferian.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to St. Louis Helping Hands, Hospice of Northwest Ohio or St. Jude Children's Hospital.
