He was predeceased by: his parents, Ivan Quayle and Bernice Quayle (Potter); his wife Lois; his son Michael Quayle; his stepdaughter Louise Nagy Ross; and his siblings, Edna LaCount (Paul) and John Stewart (Gertrude).
He is survived by: his daughters, Jackie Meehan (Michael), Patricia Vaughn (Jeffrey), Linda Maslanka (Jim Chambers) and Isabel Quayle (Ron Tomasch); his stepsons, Joseph Nagy (Cindy) and Robert Nagy (Denise); his grandchildren, J. Michael, Shelly, Vicki, Joseph, Julia, Anne Marie, Kathleen, Michael, John, Bill, Mike, B. J., Johnathan and Jared; and his niece Merry Lou Phillips. He is also survived by 16 great grandchildren.
