He was predeceased by: his parents, Theodore A. Nichols and Myrtle R. Nichols (Lloyd); and his siblings, Robert Lloyd and Janet Pinkerton. He is survived by: his brother Richard Nichols (LaDonna) of Dorset, Ohio.; his nieces, Brenda Unsinger (Eugene) of Dorset, Kimberly Cuthbertson (William) of Fort Myers and Traci Dunbar (Brad Eastlake) of Andover; and his cousin Ronald Lloyd (Pamela) of Geneva, Ohio.. He is also survived by his family, friends.
Interment: Mt. Pleasant Cemetery, Geneva, In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to either county cat rescues, "Maddox and Friends" or "Winky Cats Ashtabula," in Theodore's memory.
