He was predeceased by: his parents, William Cooper (Betty) and Juanita Johnston Alvarado (Jorge). He is survived by: his wife Norma; his children, Tammy Plesnicar (Lawrence) and Scott Cooper (Katherine); his siblings, David Cooper (Sandi), Kenny Johnston and Peggy Grinley; and his pet Lady. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren, 9 great-grandchildren.
