She was predeceased by: her parents, Martha Hart (Cornish) and Raymond Hart; and her husband Robert Monahan. She is survived by: her husband Thurmond "Bud" Adkins; her children, Patricia Monahan (Richard Garrison) and Robert Monahan; her grandchildren, Katie, Gale, Colleen and Richard; her siblings, Janet Colucci of Joanne Vogelsang and James Hart (Pat); and her stepchildren, Cheryl Garcia (Kevin), Thurmond Adkins III (Mary), Kimberly Reuhl, Tina Fuller (Timothy), Tamara Adkins and Theron Adkins (Tara).
