He was predeceased by: his mothers, Claire Burlingame and Maxine Burlingame (Prendergast); and his brothers, Frank and Norman. He is survived by: his siblings, Myrna Todd (John) of Jefferson, Marilyn Cross, Alan (Eileen) of Dayton, Richard (Debbie) of Jefferson, Donald (Brenda) of Geneva and Rodney Burlingame (Heather) of Barnsville, OH.; and also Norene Mitcham. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews; great-nieces and nephews and cousins.
