She was predeceased by: her parents, Lloyd "Slim" Sprague and June Sprague (Reed); her son John Lewis (Katie) of Geneva; her granddaughter Tricia Ann Lewis; her nephew Jeff Rand; her sister Linda Stern; and her former husband Albert Irving Lewis.
She is survived by: her children, Linda Cole (Larry) of Geneva, Gene Lewis (Debi Hendren) of Ashtabula, Deborah Lewis of Ashtabula and Lori McKenna (David) of Bellevue; her siblings, Louise Ebitino, Kathy Rand of Ashtabula and Austin "Buddy" Evans of Conneaut; her nephew Sean Rutz; and her niece Heather Rand. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren.
