He was predeceased by: his parents, Berchard Weaver and Helen Weaver (Redmond); his pets, Lucy and Ginger; his wives, Sandra Weaver (Greenleaf) and Jessie Weaver (Broski); his brother Johnny Weaver; his son-in-law Gary Degenstein; and his great-nephew Dylan Weaver.

He is survived by: his children, Dusty Degenstein of Spokane, Jason Weaver (Mary) of Monteagle and Todd Weaver of Manchester; his stepdaughter Debbie Cline (Mitch) of Geneva; his siblings, Robert Weaver (Bobbie) of Ashtabula, Nancy Sintic (Bob) of Ashtabula and David Weaver of Ashtabula; and his grandchildren, Cody Norris, Kala Norris, Tyler Degenstein, Ashlee Weaver, Chris Summers, Kristin Lusk, Brianna Weaver, Jessie Weaver, Haley Clower, Todd Clower, Angie Alley, Catie Stancliff, Crystal Geer and Bill Cline. He is also survived by 14 great grandchildren, and many beloved nieces and nephews.
