She is survived by: her children, Michelle Montesanto and Tony Jensen (Jayne); her grandchildren, Audrey Marie Swope, Breanna Lynn McKinney, Christian Matthew Applegate and Dustin Roby; and her great grandchildren, Hailey, Alexis, Noah and Rhyliee.
