He was predeceased by: his parents, Melicher Minarik and Rose Minarik; his wife Carol Minarik; and his sons, Michael Minarik and Frederick.
He is survived by: his sister Millie Bachman; his children, Kelli Rushton (Jim), Jimmy Minarik, Matt Minarik (Amanda) and Ruth Partin (Mike); his grandchildren, Brandon Hart (Alexa), Nicholas Bruckman, Ashley Minarik, Kaitlynn Minarik, Jonathan Minarik, Stephen Partin, Josiah Partin and Deborah Partin; and his great grandchildren, Ashlyn Partin, Daniella Rose Partin, Penelope Minarik, Adleigh Hart, Nicholas Bruckman and Amelia Hart. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
