He is survived by: his wife Lexie; his children, Connie Fobes (Greg), Kathy Lewis and Frank Jr.; his stepchildren, Melvin B. Deems and David; his sisters, Emily Smith and Flora Robinson; and his friend Rex. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren; several great grandchildren.
