He was predeceased by: his parent Virgil Hall; and his wife Geneva Hall. He is survived by: his parent Ila Belle Hall; his children, Franklin S. Hall Jr. (Diana) of Belmont, WV and Annette F. Wigal (James) of Lanesville, IN; his siblings, Brenda Hall (Wayne) of Parkersburg and Virgil Hall of Parkersburg; his grandchildren, Sara Hall, Kaylee Hall, Jaci Hall, Ridley Wigal and Montgomery Wigal; his great grandchildren, Hadley Knotts and Dylan Knotts; his nephew Tammy Burns (Lee) of Elizabeth; and also, Heather Sherrod (Ronnie) of Charleston and Holly "Bucky" Kerby (Sherry) of South Carolina.
