He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene E. Clemens and Mae L. Clemens (McCardle). He is survived by: his daughter Kim K. Clemens of Cleveland; and his brothers, Paul J. Clemens (Linda) of Jefferson, Thomas P. Clemens (Colleen) of Ashtabula and David O. Clemens of Geneva.
