She was predeceased by: her husband David M. Thornton; and her parents, Doug Hayhurst and Goldie Hayhurst. She is survived by: her children, Anita Depoy of Geneva, Valerie Dixon of Geneva, Connie Walker (Doug) of Texas and David Thornton (Sandy) of North Kingsville; and her siblings, Tom, Maxine, Sue and Ginnie. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
