He was predeceased by: his parents, William R Blair and Rosalee Blair (Mullins). He is survived by: his children, Tanya Puffenbarger (Dean), Jennifer Odegard, Heather Zukoski (Michael) of Painesville Township and Taylor Blair of Edgewood; and his siblings, Billy Blair, Sharon PerDue, Timmy Blair, Ernie Blair and Judy Blair. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 18 great-grandchildren.
