He was predeceased by: his father Phillip Frederick. He is survived by: his wife Quintene; his children, Daniel Frederick (Alex), Brad Lee Frederick (Melanie) and Alison Davidson (Brian); his stepchildren, Aaron W. Cuyler (Andrea), Ryon C. Graham, Anthony C. Graham and Teneia J. Alert; his mother Donna I. Frederick; and his sisters, Sue Linton (Frank) and Nancy Bruce (Bob). He is also survived by 18 Grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be sent to the Youth Ministries of either Eagleville Bible Church, 1981 OH-45, Rock Creek, OH 44084 or The City, P.O. Box 976, Geneva, OH 44041.
