Gandy (Geneva, Ohio), born in Longview, Washington, who passed away on February 23, 2018, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his daughter Jennifer Vargas; and his brothers, Isaac Gandy and Willie Walter. He is survived by: his wife Diana; and his children, Joshua Gandy, Noah Gandy, Lori Silva (David), Michelle Gandy, Bobbie Dale Vincent, Bobbi Jo Zamora, James Bradford (Charilyn) and Robert Gandy. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren; 5 great grandchildren; and many loved brothers, sisters, nieces and nephews.
