He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Rita Jean Klingman; his children, Mary Ann O'Brien (George), Lynne Bak (Joseph), Michael, Richard (late Dolly), Robert (Priscilla), James and Lisa Neff (late Christopher); and his siblings, Eileen Smeader and Donald Klingman. He was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.
