She was predeceased by: her husband Michael T. Gavin; her granddaughter Alexandra Wuertz; and her sister Geraldine Donovan. She is survived by: her children, Maribeth Wuertz (William), Jane Bacon (Timothy), Michael Gavin (Mary Kay), Neil Gavin (Jenny Atkinson), Maura Gavin (Ronald Burdick) and Kathleen "Katie" Gavin; her grandchildren, Mikhail (Briana Harrison), Daniel (Kristen), David, Patrick, Madeline Bacon, Nicole Paoloni, Conor, Oliver Gavin, Charles, Halle Gavin and Garrett Francisco; her great grandchildren, Frederick, Caroline Bacon and Levi Francisco; and her brother John Gibbons (Patricia). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
