He was predeceased by: his siblings, William (Ann), Michael, Ellen Graham (Larry) and Margaret Flowers (Al). He is survived by: his wife Eileen; and his children, Therese Barrett, Jack Jr., Julie Voyles (Eddie), Eileen "Butchie" Helton (Jim), Patrick, Megan Kander (Ed) and Christopher (Susan). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
