White; her spouse Thomas Wilder Moseley; her children, Ann Lynch (Daniel) of Chagrin Falls, Ohio and Bradley van Hoek (Cornelis Johannes) of Palm Beach; her grandsons, George Thomas, Charles Lynch (Susan) of San Diego, California, Alexander van Hoek (Kylie) of London, England and Sebastian van Hoek of Los Angeles, California; her great grandchildren, Ava, Theodore, Charlotte van Hoek of London and Jade Daniel Lynch of San Diego; and her stepchildren, Rebecca, Susan, Thomas and George Moseley.
