She was predeceased by: her brother David Bonnot; her father David Bonnot, Sr.; her mother-in-law Agnes Mirando (Skippon); her cousin Jenny Bossart (Elseser); and her grandparents, Alma, Ray Elseser, Mary and Bernard Bonnot.

She is survived by: her husband Bill Mirando; her children, Matthew Mirando, Agnes Karabulut and David Mirando; her granddaughter Michelle Karabulut; her mother Sandy Bonnot; her stepfather Tom Rarick; and her nephews, Michael Mirando, Chris White and Ben White.

A Mass of Christian burial was held on Saturday, November 2nd 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Our Lady Chapel at Gilmour Academy (2045 SOM Ctr Rd, Gates Mills, OH 44040). A burial was held on Saturday, November 2nd 2024 from 11:30 AM to 12:00 PM at the Knollwood Cemetery (1678 Som Center Rd, Mayfield Heights, OH 44124).

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Denise's name can be made to Wounded Warrior Project and St Jude Children's Research Hospital.
