She was predeceased by: her parents, Adam Ash and Marjorie Ash (Cone); and her brother Russell Ash. She is survived by: her husband Donald L. McCullough; her children, Mike McCullough (Nancy), Jeff McCullough (Roxanne), Brad McCullough and Jill McCullough; and her grandchildren, Bryan McCullough (Michelle), Stephanie Pesicek (Justin), Erin McCullough, Amber Hawkins, Wyatt Hawkins and Nicholas Hawkins. She is also survived by several great grandchildren; brother-in-law.
