He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Vitek and Jacqueline Vitek (Kuntz). He is survived by: his daughters, Kelli Vitek and Kristin Hopper (Ron); his grandchildren, Anthony Mintus, Lacey Mintus, Savannah Hopper, Nicholas Hopper and Raena Hopper; and his brother Scott Vitek.
