With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Samuel A. McGarvey of Garrettsville, Ohio, born in Ravenna, Ohio, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on September 14, 2024 at the age of 67. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, David R. McGarvey and Hermine L. McGarvey; his parents-in-law, James and Elva Carpenter; his siblings-in-law, Eddy Carpenter and Malinda Horne; and his nephew James David Carpenter.
He is survived by: his wife Teresa McGarvey; his son Terry I. McGarvey; his brother David P. McGarvey (Susan); his brothers-in-law, Donnie Carpenter and Eric S. Carpenter (Angela); and his close friend Jenny Krupanski. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, as well as many dear friends, and his many, many fur babies.
