Roy L. Sayre Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Roy L. Sayre (Garrettsville, Ohio), born in New Holland, Ohio, who passed away on March 22, 2022 at the age of 92. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his mother Ona Sayre; his wife Evelyn Sayre; his son Leonard Sayre; his son-in-law William Vermillion; and his grandson Jeffery Lallathin.
He is survived by: his children, Laurie Taylor (John), Juliann Vermillion, Billie Basiden (Dave), Donald Sayre (Sharon) and Doreen Lallathin (Chuck); his grandchildren, Jason Taylor, Heather Dover (Chris), Melinda Gleason (Derrick), Mich Luzader (Michelle), Misty Hubble (William), Crystal Curry-Bowyer, Stephen Lallathin and Shawn Basiden; and his close friend Ruth Randlett of Garrettsville. He is also survived by 22 great-grandchildren, 16 great-great- grandchildren.
