He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Mitchell and Ora Pearl Mitchell (Kendall); his daughter Becky Mitchell; and his brother John Mitchell. He is survived by: his wife Mary C. Mitchell of Garrettsville; his children, Margaret Savitts (Billy Beggs) and Shawn (Lorrie Mitchell); and his siblings, Loretta Vaughn of Tecumseh, OK and James (Joann Mitchell). He is also survived by 7 grandchildren, and 9 great grandchildren.
The family has requested that all donations please be made to the Shriners Hospitals for Children ATTN: Office of Development 2900 North Rocky Point Drive Tampa, FL 33607 in his memory.
