It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Randall W. Starkey of Garrettsville, Ohio, born in Parkersburg, West Virginia, who passed away on January 15, 2024, at the age of 60, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Stanley D. "Red" Starkey, Sr. and Carolyn Lorraine. He is survived by: his significant other Kathryn Eckenrod; his daughters, Jessica Eckenrod and Michelle Eckenrod; his grandchildren, Carter Eckenrod, Sayvon White and Ja'Saun Young; and his siblings, Stanley "Butch" Starkey (Carrie), Becky Starkey (John), Melissa White-Davidson (Jeff) and Salena White. He is also survived by many loving nephews and nieces, as well as many dear friends.
