He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Thomas and Cora Thomas (Mann); and his siblings, Jim, Dennis, Dorothy and Dee.
He is survived by: his wife Kathryn Thomas (Emms); his children, Daniel R. Thomas, Tammy D. Wilthew and Carla Teitel; his grandchildren, Isaac, Nathan, Madeleine, Molena, Tim, Monica, Seth, Asher, Elisha, Emmett and Annie; and his siblings, Gene Thomas and Jerry Thomas. He is also survived by many nephews, nieces, and friends.
