With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Noah Adkins (Garrettsville, Ohio), born in Ethel, West Virginia, who passed away on April 12, 2020 at the age of 95. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Scott Adkins and Aquilla Adkins; his former wife Faye; his siblings, Dorothy Adkins, James, Dan Adkins and Bruce Skaggs; and his granddaughter Jessica Riffle.

He is survived by: his wife Betty; and his grandchildren, Heather Skaggs, Christy Fincham, Angie Fincham, Joey Skaggs, Nathan Skaggs, Sharon Skaggs, Amanda Kidder, Brent Rader, Breanna Rader, Cody Rader, Amy Whan, Allen Blake II, Zachary McGlone, Brian Ball, Andrea Ball and Rachael Ball. He is also survived by 21 great grandchildren; and many precious nieces and nephews.
