She was predeceased by: her husband Leonard Stevens; and her siblings, Jake Phelps and Jeannie Fryman. She is survived by: her children, David Stevens (Renee), Brett Stevens (Andrea) and Carol Frank (Tom); her grandchildren, Alan Stevens (Breanna), Meghan Stevens (Matt Stemnock), Todd Frank (Heather), Greg Stevens (Carlie), Erika Stevens and Carlie Parnaby (Jacob); her great grandchildren, Owen, Garrett, Brock, Jonah, Ilyanan, Lailyn, Leonard, Kane, Vivian, Tobias and Ira; her brother Phil Phelps (Shirley); and her siblings-in-law, Betty Petersen (Richard), Bonnie Potteiger and Glen Stevens.
