She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Knisely and Hazel Knisely (Hopkins); and her husband Edward Church. She is survived by: her daughters, Kimberly Knisley of Newton Falls and Chasity Smith of Anderson, Indiana; her son-in-law Rob Toth of Youngstown; and her siblings, Thomas Knisely, Jr, Dick Knisely (Debbie) of Warren, John Knisely of Newton Falls, Robert Knisely (Amanda) of Akron, Dawn Bounds of Windham, Mary Doolittle of Windham and Kitty McCune (James) of Windham. She is also survived by 5 grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren.
