He is survived by: his daughter Tina Allen; his grandchildren, Devin Allen and Regan Allen Jr.; and his siblings, Eileen Mills, Iyle Dean Mills (Tic), Arden Mills and Robert Mills. He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
