She is survived by: her children, Stacie McCollum of Garrettsville, Brian K. McCollum of Brook Park and Jeffrey S. McCollum of Cornersburg; her siblings, Susan Ozanich of Uniontown, PA, Joseph Skala (MaryAnn) of Hubbard and Andrew Skala of Uniontown; her grandchildren, Timothy, Jakob and Dylan McCollum; and also Paul N. McCollum.
