With profound sadness, we say goodbye to John W. Porter of Garrettsville, Ohio, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. John left this world on January 23, 2025 at the age of 96, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wife Bev; and his siblings, Chuck, Gladys Weis and Wanda Vasarely. He is survived by: his children, Sandy Porter Robinson, Jacke Mumaw (Jack), Mike Porter (Belinda) and Marce Hamilton (Jason); and his siblings, Dick Porter, Ruth Marlewski, Barbara Biltz, Jim Porter, Linda Hrobak and Harold Porter. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren; 30 great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, February 2nd 2025 from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Mallory-DeHaven-Carlson Funeral Home & Cremation Services (8382 Center St, Garrettsville, OH 44231).
