He is survived by: his wife Ruby Fede; his stepdaughters, Makayla, Zoey and Bella; his parents, Mary Mesaros-Hannah of Garrettsville and Steven Fede of Garrettsville; his grandmother Eileen Fede; his aunts and uncles, Carl Mesaros (Sara), Tom Mesaros (Brenda), David Fede (Mary), Susan Eikelberry (Bob), Karen Barnett and Lisa Calapa (Joe); and his cousins, Angela Otto (Dave), Thomas Mesaros, Mike Coon (Sheila), Elizabeth Gill (Greg), Stacey Belknap (Michael), Jennifer Tyner (Allen), Andrew and Julianne Calapa. He is also survived by animals, once telling his Grandma.

James continued to work during the Coronavirus Pandemic to provide food for families unable to leave their homes.
